The bag was just what I was looking for. One possible improvement would be to make the bag a little (maybe 3/4 inch) deeper as many bodhrans (like mine) are 6 inches deep. Another would be to have the pocket on the inside instead of the outside..
The staff were exceptional. My order was packed and shipped right away and at a reasonable cost. An email question was answered within an hour. I had previously tried to buy this bag from a competitor (also in Montreal).
I ordered and paid for it last September and finally gave up on them in January when they told me it would be a further 4 months. Their staff were nice enough, but ultimately not very useful. Timpano was right on it.
