It is a very sturdy stand and would highly recommend. Originally I thought the package was stolen, however, the staff, Philip, was very helpful and offered to ship another one. I was able to locate the delivery and appreciated their professional customer service.
Kit is a nice size, easy for gigs. The mohagany shells do produce a nice low to mid range tone. Added power stroke on the 24 inch bass with only muffle on res and batter. What a deep punch. 13 and 16 added cafe skins. Which gave a smooth transition to vintage ludwig I had in the seventies. Lov the all around feel Gretsch Catalina has to offer
The bag is exactly what I was looking for--a 24" bag with backpack/shoulder straps. The backpack style strap makes it a ton easier to be carrying other gear... especially when you have a bunch of heavy cymbals. The only downside to this case is the price, it is expensive but you gotta pay for quality!

Felts are red. They work as red felts should. Different from black or gray felts, because they are RED !!!!!! Haha.
The Trick throw off works flawlessly. I attached it to my snare shell using only one bolt. Works! Highly recommend. Timpano did a great job packing and sending it. Happy New Years !!!
