My snare sounds fantastic! The pressure on every lug is precisely where I want it to be. The drum will become more pleasing to your ears. Experience more joy with the instrument as buzz rolls, rim clicks and rudiments feel surprisingly easier to play. Follow DrumDial tuning patterns (carefully) and obtain that studio sound with ease. Remo Coated Ambassador batter head @85 with Remo Ambassador Hazy Snareside head @80. I thought tuning by ear and feel was good. Nope: I was off (not by much), but enough to mess with timbre and feel of the drum. Amazing tool and necessary for all true drum aficionados.
