No cracks or keyhole. Few dents on the edge. Some tape residue on the back. A bit warped near the edges. 10 holes for rivets. Vintage center hole (smaller than today's standard). Nickel Silver alloy. Made in Switzerland between 1957-58 according to the stamp.
