You're welcome to visit in person to try instruments before you buy. Does Timpano-percussion ship across Canada and to the US?

Yes. Shipping within Canada is calculated by order value (before tax): $15 + tax for orders under $150, and free shipping on orders of $150 or more. Some larger or heavier items may have shipping restrictions, and rates can vary for Canada's northern territories (Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories). For US customers, shipping is a flat $25 USD per order. Some brands are not available for shipping outside Canada.

Do I have to pay import duties or taxes on an international order?

Timpano-percussion does not collect import taxes or duties on international orders. Depending on your country, your local government may apply taxes or duties on goods shipped from Canada — we recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you're outside Canada or the US.

What is Timpano-percussion's return policy?

New items can be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit. Special order items, sale items, scores, instructional books, DVDs, and used products are not eligible for return, and items must be unopened with original packaging intact. Prior authorization from a Timpano-percussion employee is required before returning anything, and return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Sales to customers in the USA are final.

Does Timpano-percussion sell used percussion instruments?

Yes — alongside new instruments, Timpano-percussion carries used products. Because of their nature, used items are not eligible for return, so we recommend contacting us with any questions before purchasing.
